Do You Ship Internationally?

International shipping is available at a flat rate of $60. Please email us at info@heeldrag.com BEFORE placing your order if you believe shipping to your country of residence will be cheaper than the flat rate. We will try our level best to accommodate you.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept PayPal only. Please note that a PayPal account is not required when checking out with PayPal.

How can I tell the condition of used shoes?

Please review the provided pics of each item carefully and judge condition for yourself. Do not hesitate to email us at info@heeldrag.com to request additional pictures of specific parts of an item (a closeup of the toebox, for example). We will get back to you as soon as possible with the requested pictures.

Every product has a brief outline of its condition in the product description section of each product page. There are three categories that a product can fall into:

Brand New: This is a product that has never been worn or tried on. It has no signs of wear whatsoever.

Gently or Lightly Used: Worn a handful of times, with little to no signs of wear.

Used: A product that has clear signs of wear. The exact condition of items in this category will be outlined in detail in the product description.
