RETURN POLICY
Returns for non-consigned items will be possible within 14 days of receipt of an item(s), in the following cases:
A mistake was made on our end. In this case, a full refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued upon receipt of the item back to us. We will provide a return shipping label. Once the condition of the item is assessed and deemed to be in the same condition as described in the product listing, a refund will be processed via one of the methods above at the buyer’s discretion.
All other reasons for requesting a return will be handled on a case by case basis. It is at our sole discretion to accept the return. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to ship the item back to us to be inspected. Once the condition of the item is assessed and deemed to be in the same condition as described in the product listing, a refund will be processed via one of the methods above at the buyer’s discretion.
